Woman Crush Wednesday is a signature Sisters Café initiative created to intentionally celebrate, uplift, and honor women whose impact often goes unseen but never unfelt.

It is a weekly and awards-based recognition platform where women from all walks of life; leaders, entrepreneurs, caregivers, creatives, educators, faith leaders, and community builders are given their flowers while they can still receive them.
