2026 I WIN Conference Vendor Policies/Requirements
Booth Appearance & Setup
•Booths must be neat, professional, and visually appealing at all times.
•Vendors are encouraged to use branded table covers, signage, and displays.
•All displays must fit within the assigned booth footprint and may not exceed 8 feet in height.
•Booths must be fully set up by the designated setup time and remain intact throughout vendor hours.
Staffing Requirements
•Booths must be fully staffed at all times during vendor hours.
•Vendors may not leave booths unattended; if stepping away, arrangements must be made for coverage and to ensure your valuables are protected.
•Vendor staff must wear professional or branded attire appropriate for a women-focused, faith-based empowerment event.
Walkways & Safety
•Vendors may not block aisles, walkways, entrances, exits, or neighboring booths.
•All cords, equipment, and displays must be secured to prevent tripping hazards.
•Fire exits and emergency access points must remain clear at all times.
Sound, Sales & Engagement
•Music, microphones, or amplified sound are not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the Host.
•Approved sound must remain at a low and respectful volume.
•Vendors may not aggressively solicit attendees; all engagement should be welcoming, respectful, and professional.
Prohibited Activities & Items
•No selling, displaying, or distributing items that are unsafe, illegal, offensive, or misaligned with the Sisters Café brand and mission.
•No open flames, candles, weapons or hazardous materials.
•No sharing booth space without written approval from the Host.
Cleanliness & Breakdown
•Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and free of trash.
•All trash, boxes, and packing materials must be removed or stored neatly out of sight.
•Early teardown is strictly prohibited unless approved by the Host.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund.
Vendor Promotion & Marketing Requirements (Required)
To support a successful event for all partners, vendor promotion is REQUIRED as part of your participation in the 2026 I WIN Conference. Collective promotion increases attendance, sales opportunities, and brand visibility for everyone involved.
Required Promotion Guidelines
All vendors agree to the following promotional requirements:
•Vendors must post about the I WIN Conference at least 1 time per week on their social media platforms prior to the event.
•Vendors must post at least 1 time during the event (story, reel, or post).
•Vendors must tag Sisters Café and the I WIN Facebook event in all event-related posts.
•Vendors must use the official event hashtag(s) provided by the Host. #IWIN2026 #SistersCafe
Failure to meet promotional requirements may impact future vending opportunities with Sisters Café.
